Hi Team!

It's time to get all the legal stuff out of the way so we can focus on having fun at our event Saturday. Please read through the following rules...

LVGP RULES:

1) Closed-Toe Shoes Must be worn. High heels and/or sandals are not permitted while racing.
2) Youth drivers (8-17) must have parent or guardian over the age of 18 sign their waiver. Birth Certificate may be required.
3) All racers must attend a safety briefing on rules and regulations.
4) NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINK are allowed in the facility.
5) Keep both hands on the wheel at all times. Pay attention to all track officials and warning flags. NO bumping is allowed.
6)ABSOLUTELY NO ONE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED TO RACE. IF A PERSON AT YOUR EVENT IS UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND REFUSED RACING-YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR THEM UNDER THE CONTRACT
7) Depending on the number of available karts on the day of your event, your group may be split up into groups accordingly. There is no guarantee of the number of racers per heat, however, all your race heats will still be private.

RECOMMENDATION FOR ATTIRE: Winter: Light Sweatshirts Summer: Shorts and lighter attire. CLOSED TOES SHOES MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES! No sandals, flip flops or high heels.
